Overview :
Residence Permit for Main Applicant and Direct Family members to Live in Austria
This visa category permit enables it’s holder to Register and Start a Business Activity
Family applications are accepted. All permit holders avail equivalent rights of Austrian Residents (except work permit to be employed by a local employer)
Visa holders can find employment with Foreign Employers (outside Austria) or in their Home Country, Or Conduct Business Activities in Home Country and in Austria, or Conduct Online Business, or Act as Consultants, Freelancers and collect their incomes in Austrian or Foreign Personal and Corporate Bank Accounts.
Initial Visa Grant ( 1 Year | Transferable to other visa categories )
VISA is renewable in 3 cycles ( 1 Year | 1 Year | 3 Years )
Live | Study | Self-Employment | Naturalize in Austria and Europe
PR grant in 5 Years | Citizenship (Passport) can be applied after 6 Years with German Language B2 Level skills, or After 10 Years without any German Language Skills, after Residing in Austria
OPEN Access to 26 European Countries for 90 days in a 180 days period

CV, Passport (6months valid) , Birth Certificate, Photograph (white background)
Application Forms
Medial Insurance (full- cover) in Austria
Proof of Funds, Income from Business or Jobs, Rental Income of Property Owners, Fixed Deposit are all accepted as Proof Of Funds (Minimum of EUR 30,000 per year for Main Applicant | EUR 36,000 for a Couple | EUR 50,000 for a Family with 1 Child) to prove that applicant can sustain their Residence In Austria
Recommended liquid Proof Of Funds is EUR 50,000 - 100,000 in your bank account
Applicants above 14 years need a Bachelor's Degree and German Skills on A1 Level (basic German language skills)
Notary, Translation and Legalization of Personal | Professional | Educational documents
Health Certificate | Police Clearance Letter | Bank Statements | Property title deed (if any)
Applicants must apply latest by 30th November each year at the nearest Austrian Consulate in their Home country or country of Residence
Cases are filed with the Austrian Government and Immigration Authorities in December every year, Visa Approval Results are provided on 02nd January each year
If applications are not submitted to the Austrian Consulate by the end of November - the applicant must wait for 1 year to apply again in the subsequent year
Applicants can apply with a deposit of EUR 10,000. if the client cannot meet the appointment or ID Cards can’t be issued due to Visa Quota being full - 100% of Fees are refunded back to the client in 5 working days of case resolutions

If Visa is not granted due to Quota Limitations of Austrian Immigration Authorities - 100% application fees are refunded to the client.
